Our WandaWomen Adventure begins by the sea: Cavtat ⚓
We nestle into the most charming seaside town on the Adriatic. Cavtat is tucked away from the crowds, yet close enough to sail into Dubrovnik for the day. Think waterfront strolls, harbour-side dinners and mornings that start slowly. For three dreamy days it’s our resting spot, our anchor and the place we return to, glowing and happy.
From Cavtat, we explore:
- Dubrovnik by sea: arrive the best way, by boat, and wander the walled Old Town in the sparkle of the Adriatic.
- A full day in Montenegro: cross the border into mystical, dramatic scenery. Visit Our Lady of the Rocks, the tiny island church floating in the bay, then wander the medieval stone lanes of Kotor. Then sit down to the freshest, most delicious seafood lunch you will ever experience.
Then we travel on, and the magic keeps building:
- Ston: fresh oysters and the centuries-old salt pans
- Trogir: a UNESCO-listed medieval town that feels like a living film set
- Brač: we yacht over to the island for sun, sea and salt air
- The roots of Zinfandel: an exquisite tasting of indigenous Croatian wines at the source
- Slovenia: alpine landscapes, fairytale towns and the charm of the Adriatic coast

Settle into your boutique seaside hotel with a dreamy view of Cavtat Bay. This charming, relaxed town is a short distance from Dubrovnik and its airport, making it the perfect peaceful start. We meet in the hotel lobby around 6PM, then stroll the waterfront promenade to our welcome dinner.

Accessibility
Not all experiences are wheelchair accessible. Expect uneven terrain, historic cobblestones and inclines; guests should be able to walk independently and be on their feet for several hours during some excursions.
Activity Level
Light to Moderate. The most active day may include about 3–4 km of walking at a steady, unhurried pace with chances to rest.

Book a multi-city (open-jaw) ticket: fly into Dubrovnik (DBV) and home from Ljubljana (LJU). Please wait for your final tour confirmation before booking flights.
Weather
Late spring: warm, sunny days on the coast (low to mid-20s °C), mild days and a chance of showers in Slovenia. Bring layers, a light waterproof jacket and swimwear.
