These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of tours by:

P.W. Leopard Ltd. specialises in advising in premium-luxury, small-group, solo-travellers, private curated, women-exclusive cultural and culinary tours in Croatia and Slovenia.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Scheduled small-group tours
  • Private and customised tours
  • All bookings made online or by email

By requesting an itinerary, submitting a booking form, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are clearly stated before booking.
  • Prices for UK, US, CAD customers are quoted in their perspective currency - i.e. British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices include only the services listed in your itinerary.
  • Items not expressly included are excluded.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Minimum Group Size

Scheduled tours require a minimum of 6 participants to operate.

If the minimum number is not reached:

  • You may choose a full refund of all payments made, or
  • Transfer your payment to another scheduled departure

This decision will be communicated no later than the date stated in your itinerary.

5. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

  • We receive your completed booking form
  • We receive the required deposit or full payment
  • We issue written confirmation by email

6. Payments

  • A 20% deposit of the total tour price is required to reserve your place.
  • The balance is payable by the date stated in your booking confirmation.
  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

7. Cancellation by You

Important – Please Read Carefully

Because our tours are small-group and capacity-limited, cancellations have a significant impact on the operation of each trip.

All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, including the initial deposit, except in the case where the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants (see Section 4).

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking, covering:

  • Cancellation for any reason
  • Medical expenses
  • Trip interruption

8. Changes or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel a tour if the minimum group size is not met
  • Make minor itinerary changes where operationally necessary

If we cancel a tour for reasons other than force majeure:

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments, or
  • The option to transfer to another departure

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred (such as flights).

9. Travel Insurance

All participants must hold valid travel insurance for the full duration of the tour.

10. Health & Participation

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to participate
  • You have disclosed any relevant medical, dietary, or accessibility requirements in advance

11. Liability

We act as a tour operator and coordinate services provided by independent suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

UK consumer rights under applicable legislation are not affected.
